Do I have to be a member to get a Groom / Bath?
Not at all! You can book a single-service appointment any time. (Psst — membership will save you money.)
How does this Bath Bundle Membership work?
It’s a monthly wellness package covering everything necessary to keep your fur baby healthy.
Why do I get charged twice sometimes?
The first charge is for the Bath++ membership; the second is for any discounted add-on services you use that month (deshedding, grooming, gland expression, extra care). Maximizing member discounts sometimes means a separate line-item charge.
Can I come more than once a month?
Yes! Choose the twice-a-month package.
Is there a contract?
Not at all — cancel via text anytime.
I'm going on vacation — can I pause it?
Yes, just text us. We won’t charge you for that month and we’ll hold your price for when you’re back.
My schedule isn't fixed. Can I shift the days around?
Of course! Text us with what works when you get your monthly appointment reminder.
Can you charge my card on specific days?
For sure — just let us know your preference.
What's the waitlist like for getting an appointment?
Members get priority booking. We’ll move things around and aim to see you within 2 days of your request.
What shots/vaccines are required?
We’re legally required to have a valid rabies vaccine document on file — not just the tag.
My pup has a special shampoo. Can you use that?
Of course — just let us know ahead of time and bring it with you at drop-off.
