Do I have to be a member to get a Groom / Bath?
Not at all! You can have a single-service appointment as well.

How does this Bath++ Membership work?
It’s a monthly wellness package for everything necessary to keep your fur baby healthy.
Why do I get charged twice sometimes?
1st charge is for the Bath++ membership, and 2nd for any discounted additional services you avail (including deshed, groom, gland expression, extra-care).
Maximizing the discounts for our members does result in separate charges.
Can I come more than a month?
Yes! Take the unlimited package. Just twice the price, and come whenever.
Is there a contract?
Not at all – cancel via text anytime.
I’m going on vacation - can I pause it?
Yes, text us – we won’t charge you for the month, and hold the price for you 🙂
My schedule isn’t fixed. Can I shift the days around?
Of course! Text us with what suits you when you receive the monthly appointment text.
I have a 2nd dog - any benefits/discounts?
2nd dog is always $5 lower. Bring them together, and pick them together.
(Psst – 3rd and 4th dog even lower. And bring them all at one time)
Can you charge my card on specific days?
For sure – just let us know your preference 🙂

What are the required shots/vaccines?
We are legally required to have a valid rabies vaccine document (not just the tag)
My pup has a special shampoo. Can you use that?
Of course – let us know ahead of time, and bring it along at drop off.
Can we get their nails done between two Bath++ sessions?
Yes – Members can walk in and get the nails done between two sessions for FREE.
